Get to Know Your Agent: David Anderson
Since 2004, David Anderson has been a cornerstone of the Flagstaff real estate community, consistently ranking among the top 10 residential agents. With over 360 transaction sides and more than $200 million in residential sales since 2014, David’s success is a testament to his dedication and expertise.
David has discovered the secret to effective, full-service real estate sales — providing a full-time agent devoted to each client’s real estate needs. He offers a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Flagstaff area, putting his combined effort and expertise to work for every client.
David’s roots run deep in Arizona. His early pioneer family homesteaded in the Arizona Territory during the 1800s. His wife, Kaye Anderson, an Arizona native, is also a professional interior decorator and home staging specialist. David is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a double major in Real Estate and Finance.
After living and working in both Tucson and Phoenix, David traded big city living for the larger-than-life outdoor experience that is Flagstaff. Taking advantage of year-round residence in one of Arizona’s most beautiful settings, David and his family enjoy bicycling, hiking, kayaking, and camping in the nearby and easily accessible National Forest. Skiing, snowboarding, and sledding keep the adults and kids active and happy during the winter months.
“Flagstaff has something for everyone,” says David. “Permanent residents appreciate watching the seasons change and seeing spectacular scenery everywhere, even going to the corner store. Vacation homeowners get the best that any season has to offer, including metropolitan amenities and resort-quality activities in a laid-back, mountain town atmosphere. Whatever you’re looking for, whatever your budget, we’ve got it here in ‘Flag’. But keep that to yourself,” he says with a smile, “because Flag’s still the best-kept secret in Arizona.”
